To cancel, open the billing page → "Cancel subscription" → "Just cancel my subscription" on the first screen that opens (the Stripe portal, via "Manage payment in Stripe portal", has Cancel too). Cancel online any time. A full refund within 30 days on monthly plans; a prorated refund within 30 days on annual plans (one month at the monthly rate retained). The full rules are in the refund policy.
